My external hard disk crashed some months back, and this image was one of those which could not be recovered 😢. Hence there is no EXIF for the image.

Have you woken up pretty early on a chilly day and wondered if you could actually have a cold Ice-cream? Well that is the feeling I had this cold September morning at Tungnath. I woke up for shooting some landscapes and birds, and the first thing I saw (after seeing Chaukhamba) was Neelkanth. I immediately had the urge to have an ice-cream. Well, if you are wondering why, look at the Image closely. Doesn’t it looks like a freshly prepared Ice-cream cone with the clouds, acting as Chocolate toppings?😋😍

When I am capturing an image, my only intent is to share how I feel in that instant. I am always thinking of ways to capture that which I feel in the moment, in the best way I personally could. So here, since I was thinking about an Ice-cream, I wondered how I could convey the feeling.

Neelkanth is quite far away from Tungnath, so it would be impossible to entice this emotion using a wide angle lens. So I put on my Canon 400mm, which by the way is a beast of a workhorse and has never failed me. The frame fits perfectly in this focal length and after adding some warmth and contrast to the Image, I today too want to eat an Ice-cream. How about you?
